  1. Today, we welcome Mrs Fought for Mrs. Jolliff, Mrs. McKanna for Mrs Choi, and Mrs. Wynkoop for Mrs. Birnesser. 

  2. Teachers, a principal memo was attached to a morning email sent this morning.

  3. HS choir members come to the choir room activity period today

  4. To earn an inactive day for the day before break, each grade must bring in items between next Monday and Wednesday the 17th. All quotas must be met in order to earn the incentive day.


Freshman - 40 boxes of Granola Bars Sophomores -  40 sticks or cans of Deodorant 

Juniors - 40 Chapsticks    Seniors - 100 cans of food


ATL Shout Out

  • Onna Hovest volunteered to donate funds to the book fair to ensure that any student who is short on change could still purchase a book. 

  • Will Horstman auditioned and earned a seat for one of the best jazz bands in the area!

  • Liv Rader for her generosity and thoughtfulness. She donated hand lotion to the classroom.

  • Jakob Leininger for sportsmanship and representing Grove with honor

  • Laney Auchmuty for her tremendous effort in illustrating each act of Macbeth.

  • Mr. Schroeder for making me laugh and keeping me in smiles.

  • Aaliyah Hurley, Kolton Wainscott, Bo Siefker  and Julie and Jenna Longbrake for acts of kindness towards their peers.  

  • To Mrs Kozwalksi and Mrs Lugibill for all they do for our school!

Friday Jokes

  • Little known fact. When I was your age, I was majorly addicted to the hokey pokey... but luckily I TURNED MYSELF AROUND.

  • Why was the letter “E” the only letter to get presents from Santa on Christmas morning? Because all the other letters were not (NAUGHT)  E !!!


Reminders

  • Leo Club members will make tie blankets on Tuesday, December 9th at 7:00 P.M. Leo Club members may sign up during AP in Mrs. Birnesser's to make a blanket in groups.

  • All students taking spring CCP courses, both on and off campus, have a mandatory meeting on December 10th during AP in the Commons to discuss schedules. Please contact Mrs. Losh with any questions.


Bulldog Sports


The Lady Dogs defeated Allen East at home tonight with a final score of 49-12 in their NWC opener. The Ladies are off to an impressive 4-0 start.
