The Columbus Grove Cross Country teams will host the 2nd annual Spring Into Summer 5K on Saturday, June 14. The race will begin at 8:30 am. The registration form along with age group and prize information can be found at https://bit.ly/SpSu2025. In conjunction with the CG Cross Country team, the CG Track and Field team is proud to offer a Pump and Run option. Participants bench press a percentage of their bodyweight and then compete in a 5K. Bench press reps and race times are combined to determine overall rankings. Special awards to the top male and female athletes.
