Eight Junior General Science students in Mr. Hassan's class learned about venison processing last week with the help of Jaron Beck from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Wildlife.  These students started the day with a harvested deer and finished with packages of venison steaks and ground venison.  Additionally, Jeremey McCoy from Cherry’s Outdoor World spoke to the students and demonstrated bow maintenance relating to the National Archery in the Schools Program.
