This past week, Columbus Grove Schools celebrated Staff Appreciation Week (May 5–9), a time to recognize the incredible individuals who make our district such a special place to learn and grow. We are extremely fortunate to have a caring and supportive staff that looks out for the well-being of our community’s young people each day. From the classrooms and cafeterias to the offices, buses, and beyond, it takes all of us working together to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for our students.
To all of our staff: thank you for your dedication, compassion, and tireless efforts. Your impact reaches far beyond academics—you help shape the lives and futures of every child who walks through our doors. We appreciate you!
Wellness Week 2025 Brings Positivity and Self-Care to CG Schools
This past week, Columbus Grove students and staff celebrated Wellness Week 2025, focusing on the importance of mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Each day featured a fun dress-up theme paired with meaningful wellness goals. From “Move-It Monday”, where students were encouraged to stay active and wear athletic gear, to “Thoughtful Thursday”, which emphasized kindness and featured thank-you card writing, the week was filled with positivity and purpose. Other highlights included “Wellness Wednesday,” where students wore bright colors to promote mental health awareness, and guided activities led by staff.
